Hello, thank you for viewing my profile. l can support you to address issues such as anxiety, depression, separation, loss, low self esteem and relationship struggles. I offer a free 20 minute initial assessment with no obligation.

I have good outcomes with individuals and couples, offering both brief focussed therapy or long term therapy, whatever you require.
I have extensive experience working with people from various cultural and social backgrounds.
My professional experience includes:

- Working with traumatised war refugees and asylum seekers
- Working within the prison sector
I have practised Mindfullness Meditation since 1997 and offer these practises should they be required within the therapuetic session.
I provide a sensitive and confidential service in a rural setting with off road parking.
I have 20 years experience of working with adults, couples and families.

I have a Masters degree in Integrative Psychotherapy, a Merit Diploma in Counselling, a diploma in CBT, Bsc (hons) Psychology and a post graduate diploma in clinical Supervision.

Fees are £40 per session for individuals and £60 for couples, if you have financial difficulties this can be negotiated.
Dingley is 2 miles along the A427 from Market Harborough en route to Corby, it is easily accessible on all the main routes. There is ample parking on the driveway and this increases discretion.
