About me
Hello, I am an integrative psychotherapist and offer face to face, video and phone sessions. You are welcome to a free 20 minute telephone assessment without any obligation. I have over 20 years experience, having worked within both the NHS and in my private practise.
I provide a sensitive and confidential service in a rural setting with off road parking. l can support you with mental health issues such as anxiety, anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder or depression and can also support you with difficulties around separation, loss, low self esteem, stress, bereavement, eating disorders, weight loss, retirement or redundancy issues as well as relationship struggles. I can also support integratioin for those who have had spiritual or psychedelic experiences.
Over the past two years l have worked with clients with life limiting illnesses and also supported those who are dying and those facing the imminent death of a loved one.
I offer short term sessions which can be beneficial for supporting you through a particular struggle or dilemma. I also offer long term therapy which means we explore early attachment patterns, habits and relationships from the past that are affecting you in the present and potentially affecting the way you relate to others or the way they relate to you. I can help you find a new way to be in the present and so change your future.
I have extensive experience working with individuals and couples from all backgrounds.
I have practised Meditation since 1997, Mindfullness since 2014 and offer these practises should they be required within the therapuetic session. I recently completed shared death and near death experience training with The International Association For Near Death Studies.
I take on BUPA clients, I have an enhanced DBS which can be checked online.
I am currently studying psychedelic practise with Clerkenwell Health and am taking on clients who might need integration support after a psychedelic experience.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
