About me

I am a qualified counsellor, who works in an integrative way. I have worked as a relationship counsellor for over 20 years. I also have experience of working with adult family members who have relationship difficulties.
I work by utilising a range of theories that allows me to tailor the counselling sessions to fit your needs. This allows you to explore and understand why you may repeat certain behaviours and patterns in your life, in a safe environment, whilst learning how to adopt new skills and strategies to improve these situations.

Training, qualifications & experience

My initial training was in relationship counselling. I later qualified as a counselling supervisor and trainer.

My qualifications include:

  • Diploma in Relationship Counselling
  • Certificate in Counselling Supervision
  • Certificate in Online and Telephone Counselling
