About me

I am a compassionate and experienced Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Practitioner, dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and adults in overcoming emotional and psychological challenges. With a client-centered approach, I provide a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences to foster healing and personal growth. I specialise in helping clients manage and recover from trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional difficulties.

Utilising evidence-based therapies such as CBT and EMDR, I tailor my interventions to meet the unique needs of each client, empowering them to develop resilience, improve emotional regulation, and achieve lasting change.

Areas of Expertise:

  • Trauma & PTSD Recovery
  • Anxiety & Depression
  • Stress & Emotional Regulation
  • Low Self-Esteem & Confidence Building

I am particularly passionate about supporting neurodiverse children and adults and bring a deep, personal understanding to my practice as someone with lived experience of Autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties. If you are ready to take that first step, I am here to walk beside you on your journey to healing and growth.
