About me
I am an experienced psychotherapeutic counsellor, working with individuals that require a safe and confidential opportunity, to speak openly and honestly about their situation, what is troubling them and, most importantly, preventing them from living the life, they want to lead.
I have particular knowledge and experience in working with those people who are experiencing stress and frustration in the workplace, perhaps caused by an individual, or a toxic environment in general. If this is not dealt with, it can adversely affect all aspects of an individual's personal and professional life.
Having spent a large proportion of my working life in the corporate business world, I made a conscious decision to follow my passion for psychology. In 2013 I embarked on three years of study, to achieve an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling. I am also a qualified Hypnotherapist. I offer Psychotherapeutic Counselling, Hypnotherapy, and Coaching for anyone over the age of 18. This can be provided face to face from my home in Maidstone, Kent. Or, I can visit you*. Alternatively, we can work online using Zoom/Teams, etc, or by phone.

Further information
Since my teenage years, I have had a growing interest in psychology. I have always been fascinated by the workings of the mind and what's behind the way we react, behave and see ourselves and others. My awareness of the subject has served me well in both my personal and working life, on each and every day, over the decades.
