About me

As a qualified therapist, experienced in a wide range of issues , I offer a place where you will feel held, cared for,  and really listened to, so that you can look at the things that are troubling you safely and at your pace.

As you think about working with a Therapist you are looking at making a significant investment in yourself both in time and finances and I believe it needs to be right for you. Therefore I will work with you to help you plan how to get the best value out of your therapy. Whether you are looking long or short term,  I will help you define your goals and support you as you work towards them.

Careers Counselling

These  can really hold us back from living our lives in freedom and peace, becoming  all that we can be, and doing all that we want to do

I work using the Person Centered approach which means that it is very much led by you the client.
We will work on the things that trouble you, helping you to discover your own solutions and to be empowered to make your own life changes. I value the whole person, physical, emotional and spiritual, and I believe these all intertwine to make You the unique You that You are.

I also offer short term or "one off" appointments if there is a specific issue that you just need a bit of help with, although these sessions do tend to work better for those who have had previous positive experiences in therapy.

I offer Counselling from a dedicated downstairs room at my home in Castle Donington, either face to face or electronically using zoom or Whatsapp video.
Please contact me if you would like to talk more about what I can offer to equip you to move on in your life.
