About me

When loss, anxiety or life transitions leave you feeling lost or emotionally exhausted, it can be hard to know where to turn. I provide gentle, relational counselling in Barnet, North London, and online across the UK, with specialist support for pregnancy and baby loss, helping you begin to make sense of what feels unbearable.

I am a qualified integrative and relational counsellor offering a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can explore what is happening for you. You may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, low in mood, anxious, or struggling within your relationships. Together, we will gently explore your thoughts and emotions, working at your pace towards deeper understanding and meaningful change.

I work with adults, children, families and couples across Barnet and the surrounding North London areas. My integrative approach means I tailor each session to your individual needs, drawing on different therapeutic models to best support you.

Alongside supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-worth, relationship difficulties, divorce and life transitions, I have a specialist interest in pregnancy and baby loss.

I have experience working with Petals Baby Loss Support, City Pregnancy Counselling and Psychotherapy, and within a secondary school setting for Place2Be, as well as within a GP practice.

I am passionate about breaking the silence surrounding baby and pregnancy loss. The loss of a baby or child at any stage is devastating and life-changing. Parents often experience shock, guilt, anger and profound isolation. Grief does not simply end, it becomes something carried forward. With compassionate support, it is possible to begin processing the trauma of loss and gradually learn how to live alongside grief in a way that feels more manageable.

If you are looking for counselling in Barnet or online therapy across the UK, I offer a calm and supportive space where you can feel truly heard, understood and gently supported through whatever you are facing.

I offer counselling in both English and Greek, providing a comfortable space for clients who feel more at ease expressing themselves in their native language

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
