MBACP Relationship Counsellor for Couples and Individuals.

About me

I’m an accredited Relate relationship counsellor with years of experience, offering online sessions for adults across the UK. I specialise in supporting individuals and couples through the emotional challenges that relationships can bring — including relationship anxiety, trust issues, infidelity, emotional disconnection, and communication breakdowns.

While I’m based in the UK and work under UK law and the BACP Ethical Framework, I also offer online relationship counselling to English-speaking adults living abroad, where appropriate.

My approach is warm, respectful, and grounded in emotional safety. Whether you’re feeling stuck in a repeating pattern, questioning the future of your relationship, or simply wanting to reconnect, I offer a calm and supportive space to explore what’s happening beneath the surface.

You don’t need to have all the answers to begin — just a willingness to explore. Feel free to get in touch if you're considering therapy and want to take the next step.

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
