About me
Hi, I'm Maria.
About me and how I work
I offer a warm, safe, understanding space for us to work together. You can let it out, knowing you aren't going to be judged, just held. If you are overwhelmed with everything life throws at you, hold anxiety over you to darken your days, struggling with relationships or just don't know what to do and where to turn, I'm here.
I am an Integrative therapist, who knows that everyone is different and I have many tools to guide anyone in their unique journey. We can start wherever you like, the past or present, which both shape your future.
Who I work with
I work with males and females 18 years and over and hold some experience with ADHD and Autism.
How I help
We can start with, what you are coming for, then we can go from there. My space is confidential, supportive and empathetic, meaning this space is for you. Let's help change what you want to change. Let go of, what you want to let go of. Help with finding you. You bring it and we can unfold it.
Before we start
I believe building a trusting relationship is key for therapy. Book a 15 mins free consultation over the phone to see if you get the right feeling for us to work together.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Client feedback
" I can't thank Maria enough for the support she gave me during our sessions. She made me feel completely safe and understood. Thanks to her, I've learned how to control my emotions and better handle difficult situations. I'm so grateful for everything."
"Maria has helped me immensely. I am still on a journey to recovery and she is playing a big part in supporting me in this. She listens to me and gives me the tools I need to face my childhood memories, that I have suppressed for so long."
