About me
Is your relationship struggling? Are you feeling unsettled by a change in your life? Are you stressed?
With over 20 years of experience as a Systemic and Family Therapist, I specialise in working with couples and families and offer individual therapy.
Life is full of changes, both planned and unexpected. Whether you're transitioning into a new life stage, facing a significant life event like migrating, or dealing with an unforeseen situation, these changes can often lead to anxiety, low mood, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties.
I'm here to help you navigate these challenges and discover new coping methods. While working together, we may look into repetitive patterns and narratives and consider communication in your relationships.
I will also help you consider how some of your early experiences might have contributed to your current situation, but we will mainly focus on the present.
We will identify your existing resources; explore the areas you want to work on in therapy and develop new methods.
I value diversity, so I will help you find answers that align with your beliefs, values, and identity.
Throughout the years, I have developed a particular interest in working with intercultural couples and in migration experiences for individuals, couples, and families.
I currently offer only online therapy and can provide sessions in English and Spanish.
You are welcome to book a 15-minute initial online video meeting so we can speak and you can check if I am the right fit for you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I originally became a Licensed Psychologist in Argentina, my country of origin, and then obtained a master’s degree in Systemic and Family therapy at the Tavistock and Portman Foundation Trust in London, UK.
I also hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Parenting and have been involved in research regarding parenting at King’s College. I delivered parenting programmes in the community and one-on-one parenting support. I have experience supporting parents of children with neurodiversity as I was a member of an NHS team that carried out neurodiversity assessments, diagnosis, and post-diagnosis parental support.
I have worked clinically and taught Systemic Therapy in different NHS teams and Local Authorities.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
