Margaret Strange MBACP Registered. BA (Hons) Degree.
Making the decision to look for a counsellor can be very daunting but very often it is your biggest step forward.
My counselling approach is primarily in Person Centred counselling but I can also integrate aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy based on the unique need of each individual client. I can offer you a safe, confidential & non-judgemental space for you to explore your own thoughts and feelings. I work on a one to one basis and I can offer short term or long term counselling depending on your own personal needs. I can help you to work through any issue that you feel is troubling you and we can explore together the best way of moving forward.
