About me
Have you been feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed? like life is piling more on your shoulders than you can realistically manage? You may be coping with loss, facing difficult decisions, navigating unexpected changes, or juggling multiple responsibilities across work, study, parenting, family, or relationships, the load can start to feel relentless. Over time the weight of these demands can take a real toll on your emotional wellbeing.
I offer compassionate and dedicated counselling in a safe, confidential space for individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth and healing, and I work collaboratively with clients to help them better understand themselves, over come challenges, and build resilience.
I support adults experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including workplace stress, relationships challenges, anxiety, depression, low self-confidence, loneliness, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and neurodivergent-related experiences, including ADHD, Dyslexia and Autism. I understand that these challenges can impact daily life, relationships, self-esteem, and overall well-being, and I tailor my approach to meet each client's unique needs and circumstances.
My counselling style is warm, empathetic, and client-centred. I aim to create an environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Whether you are navigating a difficult life transition, struggling with emotional distress, or seeking greater self-awareness and personal growth, I am committed to supporting you on your journey towards improved mental health and well-being.
Together, we can work towards building confidence, developing healthier coping strategies, strengthening relationships, and creating a more balanced and fulfilling life.
My Corporate Background and How I Work with Corporate Clients
Alongside my counselling work, I bring extensive experience from a corporate environment, which gives me a unique understanding of the realities of modern working life. Having worked within corporate environments, I recognise the pressures of demanding workloads, organisational change, leadership responsibilities, workplace relationships, performance expectations, and the challenge of maintaining a healthy work-life balance, and the impact these can have on mental health and personal relationships.
This background enables me to connect authentically with clients and professionals at all levels. I understand that workplace challenges can significantly impact mental health, confidence, personal relationships, and overall wellbeing. Whether you are experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout, imposter syndrome, low self-confidence, workplace conflict, career uncertainty, or navigating the workplace as a neurodivergent individual, I offer a supportive and informed space to explore these experiences.
When working with corporate clients, I combine practical business insight with a compassionate, person-centred counselling approach. I help individuals identify patterns that may be affecting their wellbeing, develop effective coping strategies, build resilience, improve communication, and gain greater self-awareness. My aim is to support clients in achieving both personal wellbeing and professional fulfilment.
Beginning Therapy
I am all too familiar with starting therapy, especially if it’s a new experience, it can feel daunting, that’s why before we begin working together, we’ll arrange a brief initial session. This is relaxed and informal where we can talk about what has brought you to counselling and what you’re hoping to gain from the process. It’s also a chance for you to ask any questions, get a feel for me and decide whether working together feels right for you. There’s no obligation to continue, it’s simply an opportunity to explore whether this space feels right for you.
Together, we can explore what you’re going through, make sense of your experiences, and work towards greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.
If you’d like to arrange an initial session, feel free to email me to arrange a convenient time. - I currently have availability.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
