I have a private practice delivering psychotherapy, counselling and supervision in Teesside and York.
I deliver coaching to individuals and organisations locally and nationally.
I am also a trainer and facilitator and work with organisations across the UK to develop staff and volunteers, particularly in the areas of mental health awareness and emotional wellbeing. Organisations I currently work with include Macmillan Cancer Support and Orbit Housing. I deliver training on mental health for the Housing Diversity Network as an Associate.
I am employed part-time with Alliance Psychological Services, delivering Primary Care counselling in the NHS across Teesside. I also deliver workplace counselling.

Fees for 1-1 therapy are £45 per session. Reduced fees available for counselling and therapy trainees and for people with limited incomes.
Fees for couples counselling are £50. per session.
