I am a person centred therapist based in the Dearne Valley, conveniently near Cortonwood Retail Park. I offer a safe and compassionate place to explore your feelings without judgement, in a warm practical and down to earth manner.
I understand that it can be difficult to talk and understand some feelings and these may be overwhelming and confusing to you. I can help you to bring clarity to a situation and move forward with confidence.
I follow the BACP ethical framework and am bound by its guidelines to work with your best interests.
I have provided counselling for both the NHS and for charities such as Cruse Bereavement and Barnsley Bereavement Services and now have my own private practice.
