About me

I am a relational psychotherapist based in the UK, originally from Italy. I offer therapy in English, and I also speak Italian, which you’re welcome to bring into our sessions if that feels helpful.

My approach is grounded in the belief that change becomes possible within a relationship where you feel safe enough to explore yourself without pressure, judgement, or expectation.

In our sessions, we will take time to gently explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences—especially those that feel unclear, overwhelming, or difficult to express.

Over time, this may help you to:

  • understand patterns in your emotions and relationships
  • make sense of feelings that have felt hard to name or hold alone
  • explore questions around identity, belonging, or feeling “in between”
  • develop a kinder, more grounded relationship with yourself

I will listen carefully and work alongside you, offering a steady and thoughtful presence. At times, I may gently reflect things back or share observations to help you see yourself more clearly, at a pace that feels safe for you.

This space may suit you if you often find yourself overthinking, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, or sensing that something within you doesn’t feel fully settled or understood. It may also feel relevant if you’re exploring questions of identity, belonging, or cultural experience– particularly if you feel between languages, cultures, or ways of being.

My experience includes working with adults and young people (16+) in non-profit and educational settings, supporting people through emotional difficulties, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

If Italian language or culture has meaning for you, you might find it helpful to work with someone who understands how these can shape your sense of self and emotional life. If spirituality is important to you, you are welcome to bring that into our work, and we can explore it with sensitivity and respect.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re unsure where to begin. You’re welcome to get in touch for an initial conversation to see if working together feels like the right fit.

Training, qualifications & experience

I work with adults who want to better understand themselves, navigate life transitions, and explore emotional or relational difficulties.

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Psychotherapy and Counselling from the Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute, and I have experience working with adults and young people aged 16+.

Completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Couples Therapy from the Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute

I practise within clear professional and ethical boundaries, creating a space that is safe, steady, and supportive.
