About me
I’m a Counselling Psychologist and Certified Schema Therapist with several years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. I’m registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and trained to doctoral level in delivering evidence-based, personalised therapy that honours your unique experiences, goals, and needs.
My approach is integrative and collaborative, drawing from therapeutic models such as Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Person-Centred Therapy. This flexibility allows us to find a way of working that feels right for you—supportive, meaningful, and effective.
I have a particular interest and expertise in working with complex and long-standing difficulties, including personality disorders, complex trauma (including Complex PTSD), bipolar disorder, OCD, eating disorders, chronic anxiety, and chronic depression. I also work with individuals facing more mild to moderate challenges. My passion lies in helping those who have experienced childhood or interpersonal trauma find clarity, connection, and relief through compassionate and skilled therapeutic work.
As a Certified Schema Therapist, I specialise in working with deep-rooted emotional patterns, and long-term struggles that may not have responded to previous therapies. Schema Therapy offers a powerful, emotionally focused approach to understanding the impact of early life experiences and creating lasting change.
At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I offer a space that is warm, non-judgmental, and deeply respectful of your lived experience. I believe that healing begins when we feel safe, seen, and understood—and I’m here to support you in exploring meaningful change at your own pace.
Fluent in both English and Greek, I am committed to offering culturally sensitive therapy that recognises and values the rich diversity of each person’s background and identity. In addition to my clinical work, I lecture in university medical and psychology departments and provide clinical supervision to both trainees and experienced professionals—allowing me to stay grounded in current research, teaching, and best practice.
