About me
Welcome, I’m Louise, a licensed psychotherapist specializing in trauma, abuse, FGM, dissociative disorders and attachment disorders
If you’re here, you may be feeling overwhelmed by past experiences, struggling to make sense of how trauma has affected your life and relationships, or perhaps you’re unsure of how to begin healing.
I’m here to provide a caring, creative, and supportive space where you can talk about your feelings, work through your past, and begin to create a healthier, more fulfilling future.
I work primarily from a creative, psychodynamic perspective, which means I believe our past experiences—particularly early childhood relationships—play a significant role in shaping our thoughts, behaviors, and emotional patterns. By exploring unconscious processes, past traumas, and deep-rooted patterns, we can gain insight into how they influence your present-day experiences. This self-awareness is the first step in healing.
Whether you’re seeking short-term support or longer-term healing, we can work together at a pace that feels right for you; building a sense of safety, restoring your sense of self-worth, and developing healthier coping strategies.
