About me
If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or finding that low mood or low self-esteem is affecting your daily life, I can help. I have over 10 years' experience working in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy within the NHS and in my private practice. I offer face-to-face sessions from a comfortable, confidential therapy room in central Wimbledon, just a few minutes' walk from Wimbledon Station, as well as online appointments for clients across the UK. Together we'll work towards helping you make meaningful, lasting changes.
I have extensive experience treating anxiety, including OCD, panic, phobias, social anxiety, stress and burnout, alongside depression, low self-esteem, emotional eating and adjusting to long-term health conditions. I have completed additional training in adapting CBT for ASD and ADHD clients and offer a tailored neurodiversity-affirming approach.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate and highly supportive. I offer a free 15-minute call to see if you'd like to work together. I am registered with Axa, Aviva, Vitality, and I can also treat Bupa client's. If you are privately funding sessions then the fee is £90 for video and £120 for in person.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have over 10 years' experience working as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist within NHS Talking Therapies and private practice, supporting adults with a wide range of anxiety disorders, depression, stress and low self-esteem. Before training as a CBT therapist, I spent many years working in supportive roles with survivors of crime, young people involved in the criminal justice system, and families of children with special educational needs and disabilities. These experiences shaped my compassionate, non-judgemental approach and continue to influence the way I work today.
My qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from Royal Holloway, University of London, a Postgraduate Certificate in Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from University College London, a Postgraduate Certificate in Psychology from the University of Derby, and a BSc (Hons) in Criminology with Psychology from the University of Roehampton.
I regularly undertake continuing professional development to ensure my practice remains evidence-based, ethical and up to date, enabling me to offer the highest standard of care to my clients.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
