About me
I am a qualified and experienced Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I see clients privately in Fulham (SW6) and Clapham Old Town (SW4).
I'm here to listen to you and help you find the best way forward.
I use several approaches to best meet my client's needs. I provide a safe welcoming space where clients can freely express their thoughts and feelings, a place they can truly be heard. I hope to help clients explore their current context, bring understanding and clarity to past events and to untangle their emotional legacy. This exploration will help identify a way for clients to enable positive change.
I understand that the therapeutic process can be challenging, but with a quality of presence, respect and a genuine interest in people, I’ll assist in finding new perspective that brings self-awareness, strength and self-belief. I hope to help clients realise that they have the tools to deal with the uncertainty that we face in life. I’ll provide an engaging warmth that will allow clients to feel comfortable in discussing their thoughts.
Previously, I worked in the Art industry and Charity sector. I have a keen interest in existentialism and all the thoughts that might arise from questioning your surroundings and meaning.
I'm an Integrative Psychotherapist and
