About me
Hello and welcome, I'm Lissa-Marie.
Are you struggling at the moment with the fast changing world. Is it anxiety, Depression or relationship issues getting you down?
Do you need someone to talk to that won't judge you and that will understand you? You can either email or call me and I'd be more than happy to help you. I understand how hard times are, the struggle is real.
The way we will work is that we put YOU at the heart of the sessions. You are the main character, so to speak. After all, this is your life and your story.

- Having over 12 years of experience in the Health and Care sector. Has helped me to gain the skills I need to understand people as individuals.
- You would have a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space.
- We will work together and allowing you to go at your pace, so no pressure is put on you.
- Allow you the time to process your emotions.
- To give you the space to talk, cry, laugh, scream and shout and just be silent (Remember this is about you and how you process and progress through your journey).
- I believe everyone has the right to feel heard. You have the right to feel heard.
We will work together, to help you get the help that you need. I am here to guide you, we will work side by side.
What will you expect in the first session?
In our first session we will get to meet and see if we are the right fit for each other. It is mainly to go through a bit of house keeping, we will go through our contract for working with each other. This will go into more detail of what to except when working together. Then the rest of the session is yours to use as you wish.
