About me
Do you need a confidential space to offload and gently explore emotional or mental stress? I offer a calm, supportive environment where you can feel heard, understood, and begin to make sense of what you’re carrying.
I’m a compassionate and dedicated integrative therapist with over 10 years of experience in holistic healthcare and a deep commitment to emotional wellbeing. My approach combines warmth, empathy, and clinical insight to support you in navigating life’s challenges, whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking a space to reflect.
In my practice, I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment—online or in-person—where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and concerns at your own pace. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of effective therapy, and I work collaboratively with you to build trust, foster growth, and support meaningful change.
I work with clients experiencing a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, stress, grief, self-esteem issues, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I also have a growing focus on workplace mental health, supporting professionals to manage burnout, overwhelm, and career-related stress. Whether you're struggling with work-life balance or facing challenges within your professional life, I provide a space where you can feel heard, supported, and equipped with tools to cope and thrive.
As an experienced online therapist, I’ve supported clients from diverse backgrounds through virtual sessions that are flexible, confidential, and just as impactful as face-to-face work. I offer both short-term focused therapy (typically 3–6 sessions) for those wanting to work on specific issues, and longer-term support for deeper exploration and sustained change—tailored to your individual needs.
By simply considering therapy, you've already taken a courageous step toward positive change. I welcome any questions you may have and invite you to get in touch.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
