About me

I am a qualified and experienced Integrative Psychotherapist, who can offer help and support to individuals and couples experiencing a range of different issues. I understand how difficult it can be to make the decision to seek help and i hope during our initial meeting, to be able to discuss any concerns and work with you to achieve the right results for you.  I offer face to face sessions as well as offering sessions on line or by  telephone .

I offer therapy in a comfortable and supportive environment and aim to help you achieve a more contented way of being in the world, and/ or better relationships with others. This can be achieved through short or long term therapy , based on your individual needs and the difficulties you are facing. I am also able to offer EMDR to process trauma or life events

I aim to help my clients understand their own patterns of behaviour and how these may work unhelpfully for them, exploring them in a non judgemental way, to enable solutions to be uncovered and changes to be made. I hope that by enabling the space to be heard and listened to , individuals will feel supported and able to address some of their fears and concerns.

If you would like any further information , or if you have any questions that would like to discuss please either email me or call me on 01480 383833/ 078 155 17492. If I am not available please leave a message and I will call you back.
