About me
I am a qualified and experienced Counsellor/Psychotherapist based in St Albans, Hertfordshire. I offer support across a wide range of issues; from stress to anxiety, depression and low self-esteem. I specialise in working with loss and bereavement and the overwhelming emotions that can come with grief.
I recognise that we are all unique, with our own values, needs and lived experiences. This is fundamental to how I approach my work with clients, enabling me to tailor the tools and techniques I use to best serve the person I am with.
I provide a safe place where together we can explore what is troubling you and make sense of it - giving you the time and space to reflect on your needs.
I can help you to recognise what strengthens you and what weakens you, enabling you to make positive choices to ensure these needs are met in the future.
We will work together to grow your understanding and build on your inner resources.
