About me
Psychotherapy for Mind, Body & Nervous System
Is your anxiety no longer just in your head, but showing up in your body? Chronic fatigue, physical tension, sleeping issues, tension or navigating trauma or health issues can leave you feeling disconnected and exhausted. Talk therapy often misses the physiological impact of stress on the nervous system.
I specialize in helping professionals navigate the unique pressures of London life, providing a high-end, psychosomatic approach to manage urban stress and the physiological toll of a fast-paced environment.
Sometimes, talking is only half the story. If you feel that your stress, anxiety, trauma or exhaustion has moved from your mind into your physical being, you are not alone. I offer a practical and dynamic therapy approach which uses behaviour science methods to achieve active change.
I provide an integrated approach that goes beyond traditional talk therapy. I bridge the gap between psychotherapy and somatic regulation.
I specialise in supporting clients through:
- Anxiety & Emotional Flexibility: Developing tools to navigate life’s complexities with awareness and compassion.
- Psychosomatic Health & Somatic Regulation: Addressing the link between mind and body, anxiety related conditions and trauma
- Urban Restoration & City-Living Stress: Navigating the unique sensory and psychological demands of high-density city life. I help urban professionals and creatives shift from a state of chronic high-alert to a regulated, thriving nervous system.
- Managing Stress-related conditions & Burnout: Moving from chronic exhaustion to a regulated, resilient state.
- Chronic Illness & Physical Recovery: Specialist psychological support for navigating long-term physical health conditions
- Psychological Maintenance & Prevention (Developing sustainable strategies for long-term stability)
Training, qualifications & experience
Sometimes, the mind can't resolve what the body is still holding. If you are living with constant anxiety, stress, health issues or trauma, or a sense of deep exhaustion or the feeling of constantly being overwhelmed, you might feel disconnected from your own life.
I am a BABCP-accredited psychotherapist, and I believe that true recovery happens when we stop treating symptoms and start treating the whole person.
Why my approach is different many of my clients come to me because traditional talk therapy hasn't quite reached the physical tension or the high alert feeling in their nervous system. My approach, it is designed to bridge the gap between your thoughts and your physical wellbeing and offers actions for meaningful change to manage anxiety related conditions.
How I can support you:
Anxiety: We work to quiet the racing thoughts while simultaneously calming the physical alarm in your body.
Trauma & Stress: I offer a nuanced, trauma-informed space where you can feel safe to process difficult experiences.
Burnout & Health: We integrate nervous system regulation to move you from a state of chronic survival mode back into a state of restoration.
I bring over 10 years of training and experience across the public and private sectors. I trained at King's College London, UCL, Royal Holloway, and the Oxford College of Mindfulness. My research background includes contributions to projects and publications for UCL, the UN, and Dianova- Switzerland.
Whether we meet in my Shoreditch (E1) practice or Online, my goal is to provide a warm environment where you feel seen and heard.
I offer therapy in both English and German, working as part of a therapy collective and alongside a network of health experts to ensure your path to recovery is as comprehensive as possible.

Psychosomatic Restoration & Clinical Psychotherapy
Is your stress no longer just in your head, but showing up in your body?
Whether it’s chronic fatigue, physical tension, sleep disturbances, or the persistent weight of anxiety, trauma, difficult life circumstances, psychological distress often leaves us feeling disconnected and physically exhausted. Traditional talk therapy can sometimes miss this physiological impact of stress—because talking is only half the story.
I provide an integrated approach that moves beyond traditional methods. As a BABCP-accredited psychotherapist, I specialise in Psychosomatic Restoration: bridging the gap between evidence-based psychotherapy and somatic regulation.
Whether you are navigating the heavy toll of burnout, the complexity of health conditions, or persistent physical symptoms that 'just won't shift', I offer a space where your mind and body are treated as one.
Moving Beyond 'One-Size-Fits-All' Drawing from my clinical background at University College London (UCL) and King’s College London, I move away from rigid protocols. Instead, I integrate evidence-based therapy with modern somatic approaches to help you rebalance your nervous system and build sustainable, long-term resilience.
I specialise in supporting clients through:
Psychosomatic Health & Somatic Regulation: Addressing the link between mind and body and anxiety conditions
Anxiety & Burnout: Moving from a state of chronic exhaustion and 'high alert' to a regulated, resilient state of being.
Chronic Illness & Physical Recovery: Specialist psychological support for navigating long-term health conditions (LTCs) and the emotional toll of physical illness.
Emotional Flexibility: Developing the internal tools to navigate life’s complexities with awareness, compassion, and stability.
