About me

Psychosomatic Restoration: Therapy for Mind, Body & Nervous System

Is your anxiety no longer just in your thoughts, but showing up clearly in your body? Chronic fatigue, physical tension, disrupted sleep, or navigating the deep physiological echoes of trauma and illness can leave you feeling profoundly disconnected and exhausted. Traditional talk therapy often overlooks the lasting impact that emotional distress leaves on the nervous system.

Sometimes, talking is only half the story. If your anxiety or exhaustion has moved from your mind into your physical being, you are not alone. I provide a structured, evidence-based approach that bridges the gap between clinical psychotherapy and somatic regulation—helping you achieve active, measurable change.

Specialist Areas of Practice
I specialize in supporting clients through:

Psychosomatic Health & Somatic Regulation: Addressing the direct link between mind and body

Specialized Anxiety & Panic Care: Breaking the exhausting cycles of sudden panic, generalized anxiety, and chronic nervous system overstimulation.

Health Anxiety & Medical Fears: Providing dedicated support to overcome distressing cycles of illness anxiety, medical trauma, and also long-term physical health conditions.

Sleep & Restorative Therapy: Re-calibrating your circadian rhythms and settling an overactive mind to restore natural, restorative sleep patterns.

Relational Trauma Support: Specialist somatic boundaries of relational trauma.

My Approach

My practice is grounded in advanced, modern Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and evidence-based behavioral science, integrated with somatic nervous system regulation. My approach is dynamic, collaborative, and tailored to the rhythm of modern city life.

Alongside my private practice, I bring a unique depth of experience from across the mental health ecosystem. I practice from a progressive therapy collective in the creative heart of Shoreditch and having worked closely with leading mental health start-ups, I offer a polished, modern environment for in-person and remote work.  Sessions can be conducted fluently in both English and German, supporting a diverse local and international community.

This is a space designed for modern individuals who value clinical excellence, innovative thinking, and a deep, structured pathway

Training, qualifications & experience

Sometimes, the mind struggles to resolve what the body is still holding.

If you are living with constant anxiety, future-oriented worry, or a deep sense of exhaustion, you might feel disconnected—from your body, your relationships, your work, and your own life. When stress accumulates, your nervous system can easily get stuck in a state of high alert and racing thoughts.

Traditional talk therapy often focuses on understanding the problem. But if you are experiencing anxiety or physical tension, you need more than just analysis, you need active change.

As a BABCP-accredited psychotherapist, I specialize in cognitive behavioural therapies and nervous system regulation. We work together to bridge the gap between your mind and body—relieving the physical alarm response so you can move out of chronic stress and back into a state of balance and confidence.

How I Can Support You:

Anxiety, Health & Future Worries: Calming racing thoughts and soothing your physical alarm response around health, work pressure, and uncertainty.

Nervous System & Psychosomatic Regulation: Using evidence-based strategies to regulate your body’s physiological stress response, relieving chronic tension, physical symptoms, and fatigue.

Work & Relationship Stress: Breaking cycles of overthinking, establishing healthy boundaries, and helping you build genuine connection with yourself and others.

Sleep & Restorative Balance: De-escalating night-time hyper-vigilance so your body can access genuine rest.

Background & Credibility
I bring over 10 years of clinical training and practical experience across the public, private, and health-tech sectors.

Academic & Clinical Training: Trained at King's College London, UCL, Royal Holloway, and the Oxford College of Mindfulness.

Research & Advisory: Contributed to research projects and publications for UCL, the UN, and Dianova (Switzerland), and serve as a Clinical Advisor for health startups.

Community Leadership: I am the UK London City Ambassador for It’s Complicated and work as part of a therapy collective alongside a broader network of health experts.

Working Together
Whether we meet in my Shoreditch (E1) practice or Online, my goal is to provide a warm, structured, and active environment where you feel truly seen and supported. I offer therapy in both English and German.

Ready to get your system back in balance? Reach out today for a free 15-minute consultation to explore how we can work together.

Psychosomatic Restoration & Clinical Psychotherapy

Is your stress no longer just in your head, but showing up in your body?

Whether it’s chronic fatigue, physical tension, sleep disturbances, or the persistent weight of anxiety, trauma, difficult life circumstances, psychological distress often leaves us feeling disconnected and physically exhausted. Traditional talk therapy can sometimes miss this physiological impact of stress—because talking is only half the story.

I provide an integrated approach that moves beyond traditional methods. As a BABCP-accredited psychotherapist, I specialise in Psychosomatic Restoration: bridging the gap between evidence-based psychotherapy and somatic regulation.

Whether you are navigating the heavy toll of burnout, the complexity of health conditions, or persistent physical symptoms that 'just won't shift', I offer a space where your mind and body are treated as one.

Moving Beyond 'One-Size-Fits-All' Drawing from my clinical background at University College London (UCL) and King’s College London, I move away from rigid protocols. Instead, I integrate evidence-based therapy with modern somatic approaches to help you rebalance your nervous system and build sustainable, long-term resilience.

I specialise in supporting clients through:

Psychosomatic Health & Somatic Regulation: Addressing the link between mind and body and anxiety conditions

Anxiety & Burnout: Moving from a state of chronic exhaustion and 'high alert' to a regulated, resilient state of being.

Chronic Illness & Physical Recovery: Specialist psychological support for navigating long-term health conditions (LTCs) and the emotional toll of physical illness.

Emotional Flexibility: Developing the internal tools to navigate life’s complexities with awareness, compassion, and stability.
