About me

Starting therapy can be a daunting process but by reading this, you are already taking the first step on your journey. I create a warm confidential environment where you feel safe to share what is going on for you. Together, we will work through the challenges that have brought you to therapy and create a plan that helps you reach your goals. I want to provide you with the tools to make the changes you want to see in yourself and your life. My mission is for you to leave therapy understanding yourself and what brings you joy and peace, and this will be at the centre of the work we do. I want to support you whether you are struggling with low self-esteem, low mood, or anxiety, to quiet that negative voice in your mind and live the life you want.

I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in my practice but I can also blend this with other techniques including mindfulness. Mindfulness can bring you into the present moment and support you to handle challenging emotions.

The relationship between the therapist and client is a key element in determining the success of therapy. Please reach out for a free 15-minute consultation to ensure we are a good fit before committing to any sessions. Hope to hear from you soon.
