About me

If you’re seeking a therapist who offers an informal approach and creates a warm, safe environment for you to share your needs, please reach out. My mission is for you to leave therapy understanding yourself and what brings you joy and peace, and this will be at the centre of the work we do. Together, we will work through the challenges that have brought you to therapy and create a plan that helps you reach your goals.

I believe therapy should be a collaborative and compassionate journey. In our sessions, you can expect a relaxed space where your voice is always valued. Whether we’re exploring your thoughts, practising mindfulness techniques, or simply having an open conversation, my aim is to meet you wherever you are.

The relationship between the therapist and client is a key element in determining the success of therapy. Please reach out for a free 15-minute consultation to ensure we are a good fit before committing to any sessions. Hope to hear from you soon.

Further information

I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in my practice but I can also blend this with other techniques including mindfulness. Mindfulness can bring you into the present moment and support you to handle challenging emotions. While I specialise in supporting clients with ADHD, I also have experience helping individuals manage a wide range of issues.
