About me
Sometimes life feels heavier than it should. Anxiety creeps in, your mood dips, relationships feel strained, or you just can't quite find your way back to yourself. Whatever's brought you here, you don't have to figure it out alone. I'm Lindsay, an NCPS-accredited therapist based in Oxted, Surrey, and I work with adults to help them understand what's getting in the way - and actually do something about it. I offer sessions online and in person.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical - grounded in CBT, ACT, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused therapy, blended to suit you. Therapy with me is both a space to talk and reflect, and a place to make sense of things and start to shift them.
I'm particularly experienced in supporting parents, and alongside my therapy practice, I founded Teenscape, a resource helping parents and schools better understand and connect with teenagers.
I can help with: anxiety and worry, low mood and depression, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, low self-esteem, stress and burnout, and life transitions.
I am not currently qualified to work with clients under 18, but working on it!

In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
