About me
I specialise in neurodivergence (ADHD/ASC etc) and I'm passionate about helping people understand life's circumstances and struggles through the lens of someone who sees the world and themselves differently. Sometimes that means understanding your neurodivergence better - like demand avoidance or rejection sensitivity - or it can mean learning how being neurodivergent impacts how you've interpreted past experiences and life events like trauma or loss.
Working together means you'll have the space to be heard and accepted, but also gently challenged to notice patterns, address issues and make decisions about how you want to bring about change in your life. This might be uncomfortable at times, but we'll sit with that together and work towards greater emotional resilience.
Co-occurring presentations I have experience with include:
- depression/anxiety
- self harm/suicidal ideation
- OCD
- Borderline Personality Disorder
- Pathological Demand Avoidance
- Rejection Sensitivity Disorder
Most important of all is building a relationship with clients in a way that puts them at the centre of their own development and facilitates whatever changes they would like to see in their life. I consider it a privilege to walk this road with them. I hope you'll get in touch to see if I might be a good fit for you.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
