About me
I believe you are the expert on your own life. Often, when we experience something overwhelming like a difficult personal history, a toxic workplace, or being let down by the people and systems that were supposed to keep us safe, the ground beneath us can start to feel shaky. It’s common to feel on edge or like you can’t trust your own gut anymore. I don’t see these as symptoms or a disorder; I see them as your mind’s way of trying to keep you safe in an unsafe world.
My approach is Person-Centered. This means I won’t sit across from you and give you a label or a diagnosis. Instead, I offer a reliable, down-to-earth space where we can look at that shakiness together. I have a particular heart for those who have faced deep betrayals of trust, including survivors of sexual and domestic violence, those navigating homophobia, or the burnout that comes from a high-pressure working environment.
Whether we meet for a single session to find a way through a tough week, or work together longer term, my goal is simple: to help you feel steady again and get your power back. All my work is offered over the phone or online.
