About us
Do you feel that you have lost who you are? Does it feel like you have lost control of your daily life, and you wake up every morning feeling anxious and upset? Noticed that you’re worrying about the future and how you might cope? What if you could feel like yourself again, less worries, feeling less tearful and more empowered and in control?
Hello, I’m Sian. I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and founder of Lifted Therapy. I specialising in supporting those experiencing a long-term health condition(s) and their loved ones. A long-term health condition can include: heart conditions, diabetes, asthma, COPD, long covid or cancer.
I know how it feels to spin multiple plates every day from managing medical appointments to walking my dog. I will help you make peace with your thoughts, feel acceptance and live your life in a way you want with things that feel important to you. I will help you to live your life alongside your health condition reducing anxiety, worries and manage unhelpful thoughts.
At Lifted Therapy, we offer appointments in-person at our peaceful countryside clinic in Odiham and online. We are flexible around you, offering early morning and late evening appointments (and everything in between!).
Everyone deserves to feel uplifted. I know how difficult it can be to reach out to someone you haven’t met before and know where to start! I'm here to make it as easy as possible and answer any questions or concerns you might have. Please do get in touch and we can arrange a free call.

I offer a free 20 minute telephone call (which can be booked directly through our website) at a day and time that works best for you. The telephone call helps us both to see whether we would be a good fit and for me to understand your needs, understand what support would be helpful and discuss the next steps together.
