About me
I’m an accredited and trained cognitive behavioural psychotherapist supporting people aged 14+ to build self-esteem and navigate life with ADHD. I integrate other therapeutic approaches and I also support clients to overcome anxiety, depression and PTSD.
By blending evidence-based techniques with my lived experience – especially around low self-esteem - we can tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals. My approach is flexible, compassionate and focused on lasting change. I often draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), somatic approaches, trauma-focused rescripting, mindfulness and emotional processing.
Therapy is a partnership — a space to explore life’s challenges, openly and honestly. Therapy is centred on you and its where important changes can begin. We’ll bring curiosity to your thoughts, feelings and behaviours — and how certain patterns may be keeping you stuck. From there, we’ll work towards lasting changes with more clarity and confidence.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a BABCP-accredited cognitive behavioural psychotherapist with over seven years of experience supporting individuals through various challenges. In addition to my clinical practice, I supervise trainee CBT therapists and collaborate weekly with dietitians to assist clients in achieving sustainable habit changes during their weight-loss journeys.
My background includes supporting adolescents aged 11–18 in a therapeutic residential children's home, focusing on emotional and behavioural difficulties.
Academically, I hold a Master's degree in Psychology with distinction from the University of Nottingham and a Postgraduate Diploma in CBT from the University of Reading. Furthering my expertise, I completed a certificate at the University of Exeter, specialising in working with long-term health conditions and persistent physical symptoms.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
