About me
Thank you for taking the time to view my profile. I am a fully qualified and insured integrative counsellor. If you decide to begin therapy with me, we’ll work together to explore your individual needs, preferences, and goals. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to tailor our work in a way that best supports you. My practice is strengths-based, meaning I focus on recognising and building upon the skills and resilience you already possess to support meaningful change.
My aim is to co-create a respectful therapeutic relationship that provides the safety you need to explore the experiences that brought you to counselling. I have a special interest in working with people who are Autistic and/or ADHD, and strive to work in a neuro-affirming way.
I choose to work with a small number of clients so I can offer the care, attention, and flexibility that supports both your wellbeing and mine. This approach allows me to offer a more personalised service where your unique goals are always at the forefront.
In our sessions, you can expect empathy and authenticity from me. Together, we’ll explore how you make meaning by increasing awareness of your thoughts, feelings, values, relationships, and behaviours. My hope is for you to feel empowered to make personal and practical changes which enhance your quality of life and wellbeing.
