About me

Hi, I am Leanne and I am a registered mental health nurse, and fully accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist.

I am experienced, and will happily work across all ages, but I specialise within the Child, Adolescent, and young adult years.

I am passionate about providing a safe and supportive environment for clients to offload and explore any challenges they may be facing, and I pride myself on maintaining a collaborative approach to problem solving and progression.

Services include Assessment and Formulation, Emotional Regulation, Wellbeing Plans, CBT (for depression, generalised anxiety, ocd, separation anxiety, phobias, panic disorder, long term health conditions), and Relaxation Techniques.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have 9 years of qualified experience, working within the NHS in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services, and Adult therapies, as well as nearly 3 years experience within private practice.

My experience spans across all ages, but I am specialised in working with Children, Adolescents and Young Adults.
