I am a fully qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor and an Accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). I am able to work short term or can offer longer term support if needed. I place you the client at the heart of my work and look to bring my experience and understanding of the human condition to help my clients.
I am particularly interested in ways of working with anxiety and trauma and have been developing approaches to these issues over the last few years. I have extensive experience working with young people (11-18) and have a post-graduate qualification and Masters in this area. I also have experience of working with people experiencing long-term chronic illness.
