About me
Hi, I’m Lauren.
I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can feel truly heard, understood and valued. Reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, and my aim is to help you feel safe enough to explore whatever has brought you here, at a pace that feels right for you.
As a fully qualified integrative therapeutic counsellor, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to tailor our work to your individual needs. This means your therapy is not a “one-size-fits-all” process, but a collaborative journey shaped around you — your experiences, your goals, and your way of making sense of the world.
Alongside supporting clients with anxiety, depression, bereavement and grief, trauma, abuse, exam stress, and questions around sexuality and gender, I have a particular interest in working with pregnancy, motherhood, miscarriage, and menopause.
These life transitions can bring significant emotional, physical, and personal changes, and they are not always easy to talk about. Whether you are coping with loss, adjusting to motherhood, facing fertility challenges, or navigating menopause, I offer a compassionate and supportive space where you can explore your experiences openly, feel heard, and make sense of what you are going through at your own pace.
Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to hold it alone. We can sit with it together, side by side, gently making space for understanding, coping strategies, and deeper self-awareness.
My intention is to offer a grounded, genuine therapeutic relationship where your feelings, your history, and your hopes are met with curiosity, respect and compassion. Therapy can be a place not only for healing, but also for growth, clarity and self-compassion.
If you feel that we might be a good fit, I warmly invite you to get in touch for an initial conversation. We can explore what you’re looking for and whether working together feels right for you.
