About me

Hello, and thank you for visiting my profile.

I’m a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, and I’m here to support you through whatever challenges you may be facing. Whether you're struggling long-term with mental health-related difficulties or are looking for some temporary support, I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment.

CBT is a collaborative and evidence-based approach that helps you understand the connections between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours - and how small, manageable changes can lead to meaningful improvements in your wellbeing. My goal is to work with you to reduce distress, build resilience, and help you move forward in a way that feels right for you.

I offer face-to-face sessions on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from my private office in Westerton, Bearsden, providing a calm and confidential setting. If you're unable to attend in person or prefer more flexible options, I also offer telephone sessions, which can be arranged on other days to suit your schedule.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with Distinction (UWS)
  • BSc Joint Honours Applied Bioscience and Psychology
