About me

I’m a qualified CBT counsellor, with a deep passion for supporting people toward healing and positive change.

I work with both young people and adults, offering compassionate, non-judgmental support through life’s most difficult and complex challenges. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, identity struggles, relationship concerns, or grief and loss — you don’t have to do it alone.

I specialise in and have completed training in trauma and trauma recovery, which deepens my ability to support clients in safely processing past experiences and moving forward. I care deeply about helping people find their way through.

Most of my work is delivered through private, online sessions, making therapy accessible and flexible to fit your life.

I’m a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).

Training, qualifications & experience

I’m a qualified CBT and integrative counsellor with a special interest in working with young adults and individuals with neurodiversity.

While I initially trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, I believe that no single approach fits everyone. We’re all wonderfully unique, shaped by our own life experiences — and so I’ve expanded my training across different therapeutic models to offer a more personalised and flexible approach to each client.

I am also a qualified trauma-informed practitioner, which means I work with an awareness of how trauma impacts the body and mind, ensuring a safe, supportive space for healing at your own pace.

I have specialist experience in supporting clients with anxiety, abuse, and trauma recovery, and I bring both professional insight and genuine compassion to this work.

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
