About me

I am an integrative therapist and I work with wide variety of issues - stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement, phobias, anger-management, self-harm, cultural and diversity issues, health related challenges and relationships, these might also include self-defeating behaviours (bad habits and obsessions), matters of self-esteem, personal development and employment related concerns.

I offer counselling, hypnotherapy and life coaching sessions for adults.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
