About me
I help couples improve their communication skills and re-connect on emotional and physical levels. My focus in couple's work is creating a nourishing, enjoyable and meaningful relationship.
In individual therapy, I also work with wide variety of issues - stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement, phobias, anger-management, self-harm, cultural and diversity issues, health related challenges. These might also include self-defeating behaviours (bad habits and obsessions), matters of self-esteem, personal development and employment related concerns.

In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
