As a person-centred counsellor, I will help to set you free from niggling thoughts, persistent worries and mental strain. Sessions details
I enjoy working with my clients in person, but in our unprecedented times, I offer telephone and online counselling. Online counselling is a great way for you to be engaged in your appointment from the comfort of your own space.
