About me
As a person-centred counsellor, I will help to set you free from niggling thoughts, persistent worries and mental strain. I am able to provide you with a safe space to process whatever you are dealing with right now without any judgment. Together we will build stability and success in all aspects of your life.
Sessions details
I enjoy working with my clients in person, but in our unprecedented times, I offer telephone and online counselling. Online counselling is a great way for you to be engaged in your appointment from the comfort of your own space.
Training, qualifications & experience
-I have successfully completed Diploma in Higher Education in Person-Centred Counselling and Psychotherapy
-Online and Telephone Counselling Certificate
I have experience working with depression, anxiety, addictions and domestic violence, to name a few.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
