About me
Perhaps things are feeling overwhelming, heavy, or difficult to make sense of. You may here because of anxiety, worries, low mood, loss, relationship difficulties, or feeling lost during a life transition. Life can take its toll on mental health but nobody should have to face these challenges alone.
I offer online counselling for adults across the UK.
A calm, nature-influenced space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings and feel truly heard.
Clients often come to me for support with:
• Anxiety and worry
• Depression or low mood
• Bereavement and grief
• Relationship difficulties
• Identity, change and life transitions
• Stress and feeling overwhelmed
• Low self-esteem or confidence
• Feeling 'stuck' or 'lost'
Many people come to counselling feeling unsure where to start. Together we can gently explore what you are experiencing and where feels right to begin.
My Counselling Space / How I Work
I value honesty, curiosity and empathy within the therapeutic relationship (the relationship between myself and the client). I believe that each individual has the potential to grow. Feeling heard, understood and accepted can support meaningful reflection, self-awareness, understanding and change. My work is influenced by nature. Observing how growth, change and connection occur in the natural world can sometimes offer gentle ways of reflecting on our own experiences.
My approach is person-centred and integrative. This means I see you as the expert in your own life, and together we explore what feels important for you. Working in an integrative way, I draw on various tools and theories of different therapeutic approaches I have learnt throughout my training and continue to learn through Continued Professional Development. I adapt my approach depending on what feels most helpful for you as an individual.
In our work together, we may explore your thoughts, feelings, relationships, values, behaviours and life experiences. My aim is to support you to begin lifting the fog and finding a clearer picture, understand yourself further, helping you to find your own unique path.
Working Online
I provide online counselling sessions via the secure video platform Google Meet. This means I can reach you wherever you are in the UK as long as you have a stable internet connection and a tablet or computer/laptop. You can attend your sessions in the comfort of the environment you choose, perhaps with your pet nearby, in comfortable clothes and with a cup of tea if you wish.
Free Initial Consultation
I offer a free 20-minute online consultation, with no obligation, so you can ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and decide whether working together feels right for you.
If you'd like to get in touch, you're welcome to use the email button on this profile, or alternatively text or call me. I aim to respond within 1 working day.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
