About me

You might be feeling anxious or overwhelmed, struggling with low self-confidence, or caught in cycles of self-doubt and self-criticism. Perhaps you are often hard on yourself, put others’ needs before your own, or find yourself overthinking decisions and relationships. On the outside, you may seem to be coping, while internally feeling exhausted, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward.

I am a BACP-registered integrative counsellor, offering a warm and supportive space where you can begin to make sense of what you are experiencing at your own pace. I work in a relational, compassionate way, providing a calm and steady presence as you explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

How I work

I offer a warm, person-centred, relational approach where you can explore what you are going through in your own way and at your own pace. There is no pressure or expectation — we can make sense of what has been feeling difficult together, in a way that feels safe and manageable for you.

My approach is collaborative and compassionate. I work with you to explore the thoughts, feelings and patterns that may be keeping you stuck, helping you feel more grounded, develop greater self-awareness, and relate to yourself with more kindness over time.

I support clients who may feel stuck in patterns of putting others first, struggle with low self-confidence, or experience difficult relationship dynamics. You may find yourself prioritising other people's needs while struggling to meet your own. Together, we can explore these patterns and work towards helping you feel more secure within yourself and more able to trust what feels right for you.

I offer flexible counselling in London, including in-person, online, telephone and walk-and-talk sessions, creating a space where you feel heard, supported, and able to explore what matters most to you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor, registered with the MBACP, offering support to clients both in person and online. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Drama and Psychology, as well as a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. Additionally, I am trained in walk-and-talk therapy, providing flexible approaches to suit your needs

My passion lies in mental health and wellbeing, and I am committed to supporting clients in making meaningful, positive changes in their lives. The experience I gained during my career in a corporate environment helped me understand the importance of mental health and finding balance in life.

I have previously worked with NHS Talking Therapies in Wandsworth and Lambeth, supporting clients experiencing anxiety, bereavement, depression, stress, and work-related difficulties. I worked alongside clients to explore their experiences, build self-understanding, and find ways to move forward.

Through my volunteer work at South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust, I developed a deeper understanding of the role of compassion, empathy, and validation in helping clients feel heard, respected, and understood.

I draw on person-centred, integrative, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural approaches, tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs. My aim is to create a safe, collaborative space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, build self-understanding, and develop emotional resilience and self-compassion.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Additional information

I offer a free initial consultation, available online or by phone. This informal conversation gives you space to ask questions, talk about what has brought you to therapy, and get a sense of whether my approach feels right for you. Please note that this is not a formal counselling session.

If you decide to continue after this initial conversation, we can discuss a plan for ongoing therapy, including agreeing on a regular session time. Sessions typically take place on a weekly basis, with each counselling session lasting 50 minutes.

Further information

My approach is integrative, drawing on humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural (CBT) therapies. I blend these approaches in a flexible, relational way, adapting the work to your individual needs and experiences.

I aim to create a gentle, collaborative space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we can look at emotional distress, relational patterns, trauma, and periods of transition, supporting deeper understanding and meaningful change.

At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I provide a safe, warm, non-judgmental, and empathic environment where the focus is on you and your unique journey. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported as we work together at a pace that feels right for you.
