About me
A qualified clinical Hypnotherapist, Counselling Psychotherapist & Psychotherapeutic Trainer. I cover a wide geographical area that includes Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Yorkshire and London. I deal with wide ranging issues such as (but not limited to) anxiety, phobias, grief counselling, trauma therapy, self-esteem/confidence work and couples therapy.
Taking the first step in Therapy is often the hardest thing to do and sometimes conquering that initial first step can seem bigger than than the issues that have you considering therapy. Our initial contact can be via e-mail or phone call - whichever you choose, but confidential as soon as you choose to contact me. If you decide that you'd like to meet me, we can meet at a mutually viable place where you feel comfortable or we could meet at my home practice room. We would have chat about what brought you to therapy and, if you're comfortable to move forward, we would then arrange our next session and build from there. I offer a flexible service to fit in around peoples busy lives so evening and weekend appointments are available.
Training, qualifications & experience
Diploma in Hypnotherapy. Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling & an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling. BTEC Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET). I am also a qualified Clinical Supervisor. I am an advanced practitioner of EMDR. I also train future psychotherapists in the Pluralistic methodology and run a training collaboration for mental health awareness & support for individuals & groups.
