About me

Finding the right therapist is an important and personal decision. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin and that’s completely okay. My role is to offer a calm, supportive space where you can feel understood, explore what’s been difficult, and begin creating meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

How I Work
My approach blends Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with a holistic, whole-person perspective. This means we look at how your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and physical responses influence one another, as well as how past experiences, stress, relationships, and belief systems shape what you’re experiencing today.

CBT helps us understand your patterns and develop practical strategies that you can use in everyday life. A holistic approach gently explores the mind–body connection, your coping styles, and the deeper emotional layers that may need attention, compassion, or healing.

Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and grounding. You won’t be rushed or judged, instead, you’ll be met with empathy, curiosity, and practical guidance.

What We Can Explore Together
Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling weighed down by long-standing patterns such as overthinking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, avoidance, self-criticism, or emotional shutdown. These patterns often develop for good reasons, yet over time they may limit your wellbeing or sense of self.

In therapy, we work together to gently understand these patterns, where they come from, and how they show up in your life. From there, we develop healthier, more balanced ways of thinking and responding ones that support the person you want to become.
