About me
I work with anxiety, depression, anger, low self esteem, relationship issues (one to one therapy not couples therapy), bereavement stress, low mood, work/employment issues and loneliness.
When we are faced with problems and issues in our lives it can be hard to know who to turn to or how to get help and support. Some of us don't have a reliable network of people in our lives that we can turn to for help and support. Some of us may be alone. Some of us may turn to therapy for that help and support. I offer an Integrative approach to people seeking therapy. This means I will be there to listen to problems and issues in your life without judging you. I will try to give you a safe space where you feel you can talk about what is bothering you in your life. By working together we can explore these problems and find ways to help you manage and cope with life. I can also look at and work through exercises with you to help you find ways to cope and manage. If needed we can also look at worksheets and solution focused techniques.
I will be working remotely via telephone or video call.
