About me

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted? Please don't suffer alone! I can help you navigate life's challenges, heal from past wounds, and build a happier, fulfilling future. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, addiction, relationship difficulties or other stressful problems, therapy will provide the support and tools to move you forward in your life.

I offer therapy both face-to-face and by video call. I will work with you at your own pace to understand what led to your current situation, and will use bespoke therapeutic techniques to help you solve your problems and move on with your life in a stronger, happier and more emotionally resilient way.

I provide a calm and relaxing therapeutic space which is safe, confidential and non-judgemental, where we can work together to achieve your goals. If you would like an informal chat about what is troubling you then get in touch and we can discuss how I can help you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have practised as a therapist since 2014, working initially for MIND and since 2021 in private practice.
