About me

Life can sometimes feel confusing, overwhelming, or stuck. You may be experiencing anxiety, emotional difficulties, challenges in your relationships, or patterns of behaviour that feel difficult to change. At times, people also struggle with questions around intimacy, sexuality, or identity. Therapy provides a confidential and supportive space to explore these experiences, understand the patterns behind them, and develop ways of moving forward.

• Individual Therapy – Support for anxiety, emotional struggles, and repeating patterns.

• Couples Therapy – Helping partners improve communication, navigate conflict, and rebuild intimacy.

• LGBTQ Therapy – A supportive space to explore identity, relationships, and sexuality.

• Compulsive Sexual Behaviour – Help understand and change sexual behaviours.

Many issues people bring to therapy, around sexuality, relationships, or compulsive behaviours, can feel difficult or embarrassing to talk about. My aim is to provide a space where these topics can be discussed openly and without shame. If you are considering therapy or would like to explore whether working together might be helpful, please get in touch.
