About me
Hello and welcome,
My name is Kelly Robinson and I am an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) helping people navigate stress, anxiety and depression . For the past 14 years, I have supported countless individuals to overcome challenges, improve their symptoms, and start feeling better .
CBT is a supportive and practical approach that helps you understand and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviours. It is designed to empower you with tools and skills to feel more comfortable, to handle challenges like anxiety and stress and make changes that last.
I provide a confidential, warm and welcoming approach and my aim is that you feel safe, supported and comfortable during our work together.
Sessions can be arranged online via video or in person from my clinic room in Lancaster.
I'd love to help you to feel better. If you would like to ask any questions or arrange a 15 minute no-obligation discussion to find out more, please feel very welcome to contact me here.
Recent review: "I am worlds away from how I felt when I started sessions with you! All your advice and support has been incredibly useful so thank you again for everything".

I have experience working across a broad spectrum of mental health conditions and also as a service manager in a previous role.
I am also a registered Social Worker (mental health) with Social Work England.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
