About me
I am a qualified counsellor, offering a supportive, confidential, and non-judgemental space for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and life challenges. My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and collaboration, with the aim of helping clients build self-awareness, resilience, and positive change.
I work with adults from a wide range of backgrounds and understand that seeking counselling can feel like a big step. I strive to create a calm and welcoming environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered at their own pace.
I have supported clients through a variety of emotional and personal difficulties, including stress, anxiety, low mood, relationship concerns, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. I tailor my approach to each individual, recognising that no two people’s experiences are the same.
My practice is client-centred, meaning I place your needs, goals, and experiences at the heart of our work together. I believe in working collaboratively, helping you develop insight and practical coping strategies that can support lasting personal growth.
