About me
Life can feel overwhelming at times, and reaching out for support can feel like a big step. I'm here to meet you where you are, listen without judgement, and help you find the path forward that works for you.
I believe that while we can't control everything in our lives, we can choose how we respond; and together we can build strategies to help you feel more in control, balanced and at peace.
My approach
My approach is flexible, empathetic and tailored to you. I draw on a variety of therapeutic methods to support a wide range of challenges, including:
- stress, anxiety, depression and overwhelm
- relationship difficulties and life transitions
- grief and self-discovery
I also have specialist experience in supporting carers, parents and individuals navigating autism, SEN or chronic or rare medical conditions - but everyone is welcome. Whether your struggles are related to caregiving, or simply life feeling too heavy, I provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you can be truly heard.
A little about me
My journey into therapy came from lived experience. When my child was diagnosed with a rare condition and autism, I faced the fear, exhaustion and confusion that many carers know well. It was through that journey I realised how powerful it is to have someone who truly understands. That insight inspired me to retrain as a Psychotherapist and dedicate my work to supporting others facing similar, and all kinds of, life challenges.
Let's connect
If you are unsure if therapy is right for you, I offer a FREE 15 minute phone consultation to chat about your needs and see if we are a good fit. You don't have to carry it alone, let's take the first steps together.
