About me

I believe that it's important for an individual to find the right counsellor, as one counsellors method may not suit all.  I therefore offer my initial consultation at a reduced rate.  The initial consultation is not only an opportunity for the counsellors to find out more about the client but also for the client to find out more about the counsellor, giving both the opportunity to discover if a suitable rapport can be built, creating an appropriate environment for counselling to take place.

I can give skilled, confidential therapeutic support for a range of issues including stress, depression, anxiety, bereavement, relationship difficulties, low self esteem, trauma, abuse and Phobias.

I believe in working with a person centred approach as well as including elements of CBT, mindfulness, Hypnotherapy and relaxation techniques.

It will be discussed with each individual client how many sessions and how often, would work best for them, allowing them to take into consideration their need and finances.

I offer a reduced rate to students.
