About me
As a qualified counsellor, I provide support to children, young people, and adults. While much of my work takes place in schools with children, I also offer face-to-face sessions at my office as well as online counselling for added convenience.
I am dedicated to offering a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment where you can openly share your concerns. My goal is to ensure that you feel truly heard and supported throughout our time together.
For children, our sessions are designed to make them feel at ease through play-based techniques. Using games, toys, and activities tailored to their age, I create a relaxed atmosphere where trust can naturally develop. This approach encourages children to express their thoughts and feelings in a way that feels comfortable and natural.
If you're ready to take the next step or would like to know more, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
