Whether you are looking for help with anxiety, adhd, depression, relationship/family or work issues or anything else which may be stopping you from becoming the person you were meant to be, you don't need to let it stop you anymore. I am a fully qualified, experienced, integrative and holistic counsellor in private practise for 23 years now. I make my way of working sensitive to the needs of all my clients and I am not fixed by any one theory or method. I offer short term solution focused therapy as well as longer deeper Psychotherapy and inner child work. I am an Associate therapist for Health Assured, an in-house counsellor for Frontier developments ltd. Member of NCPS, the Counselling Society and Counsellors UK.
I am currently working with clients on zoom and telephone calls.
I work with insurers Aviva, WRA, Vitality, Allianz partners and Alliance health.
